Francis Tuttle instructors Rossana Blackaby and J.R. Wythe were each named as Oustanding New Teachers in their respective divisions of the Oklahoma Association of Career and Technology Education. This award is meant to encourage New Teachers to remain in the profession long-term.
Rossana Blackaby was named Business & Information Technology Education (BITE) division Outstanding New Teacher.
J.R. Wythe was named Technical and Industrial division Outstanding New Teacher.
Each have made significant contributions toward innovative, unique and novel approaches in their programs and have shown a professional commitment early in their careers.
