Francis Tuttle Technology Center's Rich Baim has been nominated for the CareerTech New and Related Services Division 2006 Pride Award. This award is given to an individual who promotes CareerTech education by encouraging educators to "share" their projects and promotional ideas with others.
Baim was nominated for his work in development of a podcast to support Francis Tuttle online course Oklahoma Real Estate, however, its adaptability to any subject that lends itself to audio delivery appears limitless. Baim worked with students Robert Suske and Tannfy Chan to research and resolve a formatting problem, and uploaded the file to iTunes.
Baim will be recognized at the Oklahoma ACTE Summer Conference in August at the Tulsa Convention Center.
